Biography

Trained in the USA, Frank Borg is a human relations specialist with years of international talent development experience within various sized enterprises. Frank is a dynamic individual recognised for finely honed people skills and strategic thinking. His goal is to help seminar attendees achieve their goals quickly and easily. He currently coaches on how to:

• influence others through structured and powerful presentations

• develop skills geared to maximize sales

• implement strategies for personal effectiveness and success

Frank has a human relations history of active planning, talent assessment, manpower training and development, having formatted and conducted training for groups of all sizes from diverse demographics and cultures. He has:

• Promoted positive organizational image – instructed and trained diverse groups numbering from 1 to 500 throughout parts of Europe, North America, Central and South America.

• Delivered ongoing instruction and training via lectures, classroom setting instruction, workshops, as well as other training initiatives using various technology including phone and internet

• Formatted a wide variety of training content – including sales, human relations, public speaking, and leadership development

• Developed highly effective strategic relationships and synergies with clients, providers,  and volunteers

• Negotiated contracts with world renowned companies including service providers, hotels, venues and others on behalf of government entities

• Scheduled field manpower and training; event programs and activities

• Recruited, mobilized and trained event support staff
